Alyeska Resort's Photo of the Day

Skiing Alyeska is fun. Where else can you watch a tide roll in or out while on a chair lift? Alyeska can't be the only area, but there can only be so many ski lifts that start at 250 ft elevation.

The skiing can be, and often is, good. Think snow. I'm wishing for a nice Feb, Mar, Apr and May at Alyeska in 2006. Especially Feb and March, then the spring stuff is really just gravy, ergh mashed potatos.

Accounts Mania

Holy accounts management tedium. .... Flickr, Adsense, Blogger, Photoworks, et freekin al! I am enjoying the orientation sessions with various tools. I am always evaluating software. In this, I look for no redundancies, coordinated core competencies, etc. I also need to keep track of the user-id's I'm using.

I'm gonna roll with several tests / solutions in the coming days.

Rock field along trail from Chitistone Pass

An image late in a trip over Skolai and down the Chitistone valley, over the Goat Trail, to a pick up spot, shelf, shoulder, bluff overlooking a massive steep valley. Taking off was crazy. This flight gains altitude by rolling off a cliff. It seems crazier than an aircraft carrier. There you only would fall to the ocean, not hundreds of feet to valley bottom.
